Join us for two data deep dive sessions, 24th February 1-2pm and 10th March 1-2pm.

As learning from the DFJ Trailblazer Programme continues to shape thinking across the sector, many local authorities are beginning to focus on what this means for data, analysis and performance reporting.

With changes on the horizon, including a new statutory pre-proceedings dataset, analysts and data leads are increasingly being asked to think ahead about how data is designed, interpreted and used across systems.

To support this, Mutual Ventures is running a Data Deep Dive workshop series with Data to Insight for local authority analysts and data leads.

The series will explore how emerging DFJ learning can inform local and system wide approaches to data, analysis and insight.

The first workshop will take a practical look at the most useful insights emerging from the DFJ Trailblazers. It will explore what this learning means for data design and analysis across local authorities, and how analysts can use it to strengthen local and systemwide understanding.

The second workshop will look ahead to the introduction of the new statutory pre-proceedings dataset. Drawing on DFJ learning, the session will explore how data can support a more consistent, systemwide view of court processes and help improve comparability across areas.

Both sessions are deliberately practical, grounded in real learning from the programme, and designed to support analysts to prepare for what’s coming next.
