Access Mutual Ventures' new Regional Fostering Recruitment Hub Intelligence Tool.
Mutual Ventures is the delivery partner for the Department for Education's Fostering Recruitment and Retention Programme, working with ten local authority clusters to implement a pan-local authority approach to foster carer recruitment.
To support the development of fostering recruitment hubs, Mutual Ventures has development a Regional Fostering Recruitment Hub Intelligence Tool. The purpose of the tool is to help clusters ask questions about performance, provide access to public data in a regional format, and allow areas to compare themselves. It also has a feature allowing hubs to monitor their in-year recruitment performance.
The tool is based on publicly available data from Ofsted and the Department for Education.
The tool includes the following interactive features:
an overview of the key statistics on the numbers of CLA and fostering households for each local authority cluster
a summary key data on foster carer enquiries, applications and approvals for each hub area, by aggregating data for each local authority cluster
a worksheet for hubs to input their own data on recruitment outcomes and monitor in-year progress.
