The MV team spent a day planting trees as part of our committment to social value and achieving Net Zero.

Our team traded desks for woodlands as we joined the incredible Chiltern Rangers in High Wycombe for a full day of conservation work.

Together, we planted 75 native trees and coppiced the existing woodland to help it regenerate and thrive for years to come.

Getting outdoors as a team was more than just a change of scenery, it was a great reminder of the value of stepping outside beyond our office. The day was energising, collaborative, and grounding, and hopefully we made at least a small positive impact on the habitat!

As Mutual Ventures’ Net Zero champion, this experience also marks a significant milestone on our sustainability journey. Activities like this aren’t just symbolic, they directly support our commitment to becoming carbon neutral by 2030. It helped us achieve a 25% reduction in our carbon emissions through offsetting and put us well on track to achieving our goal.

A huge thank you to Chiltern Rangers for guiding us and for the vital work they do every day. We came away muddy but motivated, and more determined than ever to reach our environmental goals and beyond.

Here’s to more action, more impact, and more days spent making a difference with this fantastic team!
