As the mantra goes: ‘Culture eats strategy for breakfast’. A positive and supportive culture, with expectations of high performance, is critical to the success of new Fostering Recruitment Support Hubs.

At its core, a positive culture sets the stage for collaboration, where individuals feel valued, heard and empowered to contribute their best efforts towards the collective vision for the hub and ultimately improve the experience of prospective foster carers.

In this webinar, we explored how clusters participating in the DfE’s Recruitment & Retention Programme can develop a new and distinct culture from the outset and set the tone for success. We’ll delve into strategies, best practices, and real-life examples from the North East Pathfinder and Regional Adoption Agencies to empower you to create an environment where your hub staff thrive.

MV’s John Copps was be joined by Michelle Rawlings, Head of One Adoption West Yorkshire and Nik Flavell, Senior Manager of Adopt North East.
