Selinda Kaur

Assistant Director

Selinda helps public sector leaders solve complex system challenges - connecting people, place, finance and delivery to create sustainable change. Translating that insight into practical reform.

Her focus is on turning evidence and insight into deliverable plans - helping organisations improve outcomes, reduce avoidable demand and realise measurable financial benefits.

With over 15 years’ experience in senior positions across local government and consultancy, she specialises in understanding what drives demand, cost and complexity across public services, and translating that insight into practical reform.

Selinda works with leaders to move beyond organisational structures and redesign services around people and places - recognising that the biggest challenges facing councils rarely sit within a single service boundary.

Her experience spans local government reform, prevention and demand management, children’s services, adults, housing, health partnerships, corporate transformation and financial sustainability.

Having worked nationally while staying rooted in the realities of local places, Selinda understands that successful reform requires both strategic ambition and deep understanding of local communities, relationships and regional dynamics.

She brings particular expertise in supporting organisations facing significant operational and financial pressure - helping leaders identify what needs to change, create the conditions for delivery and achieve measurable impact.

Known for bringing clarity to complexity, constructive challenge and pace, Selinda works alongside organisations to turn ambition into sustainable change.
