Phoebe Sarjant

Prior to joining Mutual Ventures, Phoebe worked in policy in the third sector and is motivated by influencing positive social change.

In her most recent role, Phoebe led on education and skills, childcare, and women in enterprise policy at the Federation of Small Businesses, advocating for the small business and self-employed voice to external stakeholders and government. In this role, she contributed to their policy research reports, including conducting qualitative and quantitative research and developing actionable policy recommendations. Phoebe also worked in the Bar Council’s policy team on legal services and information technology/information security policy.

She has a passion for equality and sustainability and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Laws in Human Rights Law from the University of Kent.

Outside of work, Phoebe loves to travel and explore new places. She also enjoys reading, running, drawing, and painting.
