Laura Godsell

Laura is Head of People at Mutual Ventures, bringing with her 15 years of HR experience in the private sector. She is passionate about personal development and believes that the best business results are achieved by fostering a culture that allows people to grow and realise their personal potential.

Laura also spent four years serving on the Board of Trustees for a local charity and is committed to leveraging her expertise in HR and People Management to help companies drive positive change.

Outside of work, Laura likes reading and running and is an avid country music fan. In her spare time, she can be found enjoying a beer with friends at the pub or exploring the great outdoors with her two young children, who keep her very busy!
