Meet our team

Hannah Szczepanski
Senior Consultant
Hannah Szczepanski joined Mutual Ventures in 2022. She is passionate about improving public services so they work better for people, and brings this dedication to all her work.
Hannah leads coaching for local authorities as part of the Department for Education’s Fostering Recruitment and Retention Programme, a key pillar of the government's reforms to children's social care. She is also part of the national support team on the WorkWell Programme, which aims to integrate health and employment support to help people stay, return and succeed in work.
Alongside this, Hannah has led and supported projects within MV’s Radical Place Leadership offer, helping local partners to radically redesign how they deliver services to communities by starting with the person, rather than a service-lens. She is particularly passionate about relational approaches to public services and creating the conditions for lasting change.
Hannah values building trusting relationships with those she works with, and creating spaces where people feel safe to be honest, challenge assumptions, and learn together.
Hannah joined Mutual Ventures from a background in public sector research and evaluation. Hannah has a BA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford and an MPhil in Criminology from the University of Cambridge.
Outside of work, Hannah loves to travel, has a love-hate relationship with running, and is on a mission to improve her cooking skills (with mixed success so far!).
