Anya Kemble

Anya joined Mutual Ventures in 2023, following five and a half years in central government, including in the Department for Education and the Ministry of Justice. Anya is an experienced consultant and project manager within MV, leading teams to deliver transformational change across children’s services and local authorities.

Anya provides support to local authorities across two key pillars of the government’s reforms to children’s social care. She is the project manager for MV’s support to the Department for Education’s Fostering Recruitment and Retention Programme, providing coaching support to local authorities on the programme and supporting shared learning and best practice. She is a coach on the Families First for Children’s Pathfinder, supporting local authorities to implement the reforms locally with partners.

Alongside this, Anya has led and supported projects as part of MV’s Radical Place Leadership offer, supporting them to radically redesign how they deliver services to communities.

Outside of work, Anya enjoys spending time with her friends and family, swimming and cooking.
