Justin Wilson

Justin is an experienced school leader, local authority adviser and consultant. He has an outstanding reputation for the delivery of transformational education programmes on time and on budget and has significant experience in the development and delivery of Academies and Multi-Academy Trusts, Free Schools and UTC projects across all ages; primary and secondary schools. Working with EnlightenedHR he also has direct experience of supporting all aspects of HR in academy and Free School contexts, including: Headteacher recruitment, TUPE, Policy Development, negotiation of complex relationships, community and Trade Union engagement and consultations.
