The government wants to Get Britain Working. It has set a target of 80% employment, which requires addressing issues in the labour market around ill-health, skills and the quality of work.

Helping people back to work requires a whole-system approach, with support to individuals throughout their journey. Local services must work together, with an understanding of each person's work, health and personal goals.

We work with places to help transform the support for people out of work, and create the conditions for joined up employment services, healthcare and skills.
