Principal Consultant
With a 20-year background in public services and a successful transition into change management consultancy, Sophie has designed and led strategic transformations across UK local authorities, Health & Social Care Partnerships and Integrated Joint Boards.
Sophie’s approach centres on collaboration, ensuring that local government achieves maximum outcomes, productivity, and value for money. She has proven capabilities in problem-solving and communication, essential for fostering long-lasting partnerships and driving improvements in public service delivery.
Sophie’s specialism lies in Adult Health & Social Care. She believes that whole system solutions, like optimising capacity and flow and embedding prevention and early intervention are imperative to effective integration.
With a focus on integrity and creativity, her mission is to empower public sector organisations to navigate challenges effectively and enact meaningful change.
In her spare time, she immerses herself in as much live music and travel as possible, and continues her quest to uncover the UK’s ultimate Mexican food gem!
