Jumeira Natahn

Jumeira joined MV from a background in public sector management consultancy. Her experience spans digital projects within the Ministry of Defence, training design for pilot boat crews and international software research and rollout.

She is passionate about bringing stakeholders together to create practical, people-focused improvements in public services.

Jumeira holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Cambridge and a
professional qualification in Evidence in Public Policy from Oxford University's Blavatnik School of Government. She also holds four project management certifications from the Association of Project Management (APM) and the Association for Project Management Group (APMG).

Outside of work, Jumeira volunteers with the International Women’s Initiative (IWI), authoring documentation on human rights violations against women. In her free time, she enjoys writing and performing folk music.
