Eva has 20 years’ experience in regeneration, economic development, and community engagement. Eva is an experienced consultant, researcher and facilitator with strong experience in diverse thematic areas and settings.

Eva has regularly been involved in a senior position in strategy support, bid writing and organisational development in a public policy environment. She has a solid grasp of the needs and aspirations of different stakeholders in local authority and third sector environments as well as private sector settings, and how these can be accommodated in strategy and programme development.

Eva is well versed in undertaking focused strategy research and analysis, supporting clients to map pathways towards strategic goals. Her strong evaluation track record provides Eva with a detailed understanding of key outcomes that need to be achieved to deliver on regeneration objectives while aligning work with the existing strategy environment.

Most recently, Eva has supported the development of numerous Levelling Up Fund bids and associated strategies, in addition to supporting councils to develop their UK Shared Prosperity investment plans.
