Andrew is Managing Director and a Co-Founder of Mutual Ventures. He is passionate about innovation and radical reform in public services – and then (critically) getting it implemented. Too many great ideas remain just ideas…

Andrew’s strength lies in being able to think strategically but then to also get his sleeves rolled up and working directly with front line teams.

He has advised at a senior level across a huge range of public services including, adult and children’s social care, school support services, youth services and in the NHS. His particular expertise is in supporting clients to make sense of the huge range of internal and external variables that affect their service (or portfolio of services) and to distil all of this down into a clear strategy.

Outside the office, Andrew reads a lot and tries to keep fit – but off-sets this with his love of cooking, baking bread and consuming wine and craft beer.
