Alissa Davies | Senior Consultant
Alissa has five years’ experience working in local government and the voluntary sector, including social care, community engagement, licensing, policy, performance and business planning. She has particular skills in working with elected officials, service integration, strategy, and supporting service users and frontline staff to implement new delivery models. Recently, Alissa has also worked closely with Ministers and civil servants on disability issues.
These experiences have given Alissa a deep understanding of the complexity of public service reform and a strong commitment to achieving better outcomes through sustainable service models.
In her spare time, Alissa is busy photographing her native city of Bristol, cooking with new ingredients and (reluctantly) developing her DIY skills.
